Sea Cadets

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (“Sea Cadets”) is a federally-chartered non-profit organization which is Navy League-sponsored, and supported by the US Navy, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines.  It is a maritime-based, youth development program for middle and high school students to help them find the leader within.  The program offers tailored opportunities for individuals of varying age groups. The Navy League Cadet Corps (NLCC) provides opportunities for young people aged 10 through 13 to engage in meaningful activities and begin their journey towards becoming future leaders. On the other hand, the Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) caters to boys and girls aged 13 through 18, offering an immersive experience designed to foster leadership skills, instill core values, and prepare participants for success in their future endeavors.
